Jecco provides LPG cooking gas delivery and accessories to customers in Jamaica. Transactions are displayed in JMD unless otherwise clearly stated before payment.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Jecco’s website, application, LPG ordering, delivery, support, and related services. By placing an order, making payment, or using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Services Offered

Jecco provides LPG cooking gas delivery, cylinder refill ordering, accessories, dispatch coordination, delivery support, and related services to locations in Jamaica where service is available.

Orders, Pricing & Currency

All product prices, delivery fees, and totals are shown before payment.
Transaction currency is JMD - Jamaican Dollars unless another currency is clearly displayed before checkout.
Customers are responsible for confirming product size, quantity, delivery address, and contact details before payment.
Payment authorization is required before an order is dispatched, unless another payment arrangement is approved by Jecco.

Accepted card types may include Visa, Visa Secure, Mastercard, and Mastercard ID Check where supported by the payment provider.

Bank Statement Descriptor

Customers may see Onyiamba Enterprise Limited on their bank statement for Jecco transactions. This notice is provided to reduce confusion and support accurate transaction recognition.

Terms Acceptance Before Payment

Customers may be required to accept these Terms & Conditions before completing payment or submitting an order in the Jecco App.

Customer Responsibilities

Use the Services lawfully and provide accurate information.
Confirm that the selected LPG product, quantity, delivery address, and contact information are correct before payment.
Keep account credentials and OTP codes secure.
Follow LPG safety instructions provided by Jecco, riders, or product suppliers.

Receipts

After successful transactions, Jecco may provide an email or digital receipt containing the company name, logo, registered address, support contact information, transaction details, purchased items, total amount, and the statement: “Please keep a copy of this receipt for your records.”
