Business identity notice: Jecco Investments Limited is a subsidiary of Onyiamba Enterprise Limited.

For card payments and online transactions, customers may see Onyiamba Enterprise Limited on their bank statement.

Jecco provides LPG cooking gas delivery and accessories to customers in Jamaica. Transactions are displayed in JMD unless otherwise clearly stated before payment.

Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains when customers may cancel Jecco orders and how cancellation requests are handled.

Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.
  • Where payment has already been captured, an eligible refund may be processed in line with the Refund Policy.
  • Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible through the app support channel or by contacting Jecco support.

Cancellation After Dispatch

  • Once a rider or delivery partner has been assigned or dispatched, cancellation may be restricted.
  • Jecco may deduct or charge applicable delivery costs where cancellation occurs after dispatch.
  • If the rider has arrived at the delivery location and the customer is unavailable, the order may be treated as a failed delivery and additional fees may apply.

Jecco-Initiated Cancellations

  • Jecco may cancel an order if the selected item is unavailable, delivery cannot be completed safely, the address is outside the service area, or payment cannot be verified.
  • If Jecco cancels an order after payment has been captured, the customer may be offered a refund or alternative arrangement where applicable.

To request cancellation, contact info@jecco.app or use the available support channel in the Jecco App. Please provide your order number and phone number.
