Jecco provides LPG cooking gas delivery and accessories to customers in Jamaica. Transactions are displayed in JMD unless otherwise clearly stated before payment.

This Delivery Policy explains how Jecco handles LPG and accessories delivery within supported service areas in Jamaica.

Delivery Coverage

  • Delivery is available only within supported service areas in Jamaica.
  • Delivery availability may vary by location, product availability, rider availability, weather, road conditions, and operational capacity.

Delivery Requirements

  • Customers must provide an accurate delivery address and reachable phone number.
  • Customers must ensure safe access to the delivery location.
  • Customers may be required to verify delivery using OTP, signature, photo confirmation, or another approved delivery confirmation method.
  • Customers are responsible for being available at the delivery location during the delivery window.

Delivery Timing

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.
  • Deliveries may be affected by availability, traffic, weather, safety issues, or operational delays.
  • Jecco will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of meaningful delays where possible.

Failed Delivery

  • If delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or the address is inaccurate, Jecco may contact the customer to reschedule.
  • Additional delivery fees may apply for rescheduled or repeated delivery attempts.
  • Unsafe access or unsafe delivery conditions may result in delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled delivery.

Safety

Customers should follow LPG safety instructions provided by Jecco, riders, or product suppliers. Jecco may refuse or delay delivery if a situation appears unsafe for the customer, rider, or property.
